All Tees are Unisex Sizing. We recommend ordering your normal size in a standard unisex tee.

OUT OF STOCK…

If something in your order is out of stock or discontinued by the manufacturer, you will be notified via email. You will have the option to cancel your order for a full refund or you may select a replacement piece from something that is available. If we do not receive a response after 7 days, your order will be cancelled and refunded and we will send you another email letting you know.

ORDER PROCESSING…

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days and shipped via USPS. If the Priority Shipping option is chosen, the order is processed within 1-3 business days and shipped via USPS Priority or Overnight with an expedited carrier. Holidays may cause shipping delays. All packages are shipped from Brookhaven, MS and transit times will vary depending on the shipping destination.

Printed Cotton Co. does not ship outside of the U.S.

All packages are shipped Standard USPS unless other arrangements are made PRIOR to placing your order.

We hate to make mistakes, but sometimes we do! If we made an error on your order, please forgive us because we are, after all, human, and please give us a chance to make it right. We want to make certain that our customers are pleased with our products and our service.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS…

All Printed Cotton Co. products are inspected for quality assurance, but sometimes things slip by us. Please make sure you also inspect your products as soon as you receive them and let us know if there is a problem. We are more than happy to replace any product that is damaged, but our policy is that we must be notified within three (3) business days of you receiving your order.

CANCELLATIONS and ORDER CHANGES…

If you need to cancel or change an order, please call us at 1(855) 687-4467 or e-mail us at info@printedcottonco.com as soon as you can. Orders are processed and shipped immediately, and it is not always possible for us to catch any changes or cancellations before your order has been processed and shipped. We must be notified prior to order shipment or within 5 calendar days of order placement, whichever may come first, of any cancellations or changes to your order. If you do not contact us in time, you may ship your order back to us. After we receive and inspect the returned order, we will be happy to refund your purchase, less the original shipping charges. After five (5) calendar days of order placement, you are responsible for the order placed.
